Returns and Exchanges

Each of our items at Sweet Pea Cakes, Etc. is handmade from start to finish. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you not satisfied with anything you receive from us such as a defect in your diaper cakes, please contact us at sweetpeacakesetc@yahoo.com and we will make a decision on a case-by-case basis. We will send you an email with the address to return the defective, unopened product in original package to and upon receipt we will mail out a new one. We would like to hear back from you within 7 days of receiving our products.

 

We will not replace or refund any diaper cake that is defective due to the mail carrier. All of our items are insured up to $100. Should there be a problem with the delivery of the cake, contact us at sweetpeacakesetc@yahoo.com, so that we may file a claim with FedEx.
